针对气缸套内表面加工采用普通机械珩磨工艺的缺点,提出了激光造型加工技术,该技术在经过镜面珩磨加工的缸壁上进行表面激光造型加工,在气缸套内表面上形成可控储油槽体系。实验证明,采用激光造型加工技术加工气缸套内表面,可降低排放减少润滑油的消耗,提高发动机的动力性、经济性、提高内燃机的使用寿命和可靠性。
Abstract:This paper proposed the laser texturing technology in order to make up for the shortcoming of using the ordinary machinery honing craft to process the cylinder sleeve internal surface.This technology forms controllable oil tank system in the internal surface of the cylinder sleeve through the laser texturing process after the mirror honing on the cylinder wall.The experiment proves that using such technology to process the cylinder sleeve internal surface may reduce the emission and the consumption of lubricating oil,as well as enhance the power,efficiency,service life and reliability of engines.
