回顾了系统动力学的国内外发展历程,特别是对20世纪90年代以来,系统动力学在宏观领域、项目管理领域、学习型组织领域、物流与供应链领域所取得的成果进行了综述。最后指出了在基于主体的建模,心智模型、制订动态决策与学习,组织和社会的进化等理论领域和模拟软件等技术领域系统动力学未来面临的挑战和发展方向。
Abstract：The development of system dynamics in and outside China is briefly reviewed,especially from the 1990's.System dynamics has achieved great improvement in the areas of project management,learning organization,logistics and supply chain,and macroscopic areas.Finally,the future challenge facing system dynamics and development direction is pointed out,including agent-based modeling,mental models,dynamic decision making and learning,organizational and social evolution in the field of theory,and simulation software in the technology field.
